Technical Account Manager (UiPath)

Introduction:

As a Technical Account Manager at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical success of our customers using UiPath. You will work closely with the account team to strategize and execute adoption plans that deliver exceptional business value. Your role will involve providing technical guidance, support, and advisory services to customers to help them achieve their automation objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of customers'' technical success
  • Work as a core member of the account team for each customer
  • Proactively engage and influence customers
  • Provide UiPath platform infrastructure support
  • Enable customers'' technical stakeholders on best practices
  • Conduct design and code reviews for automations
  • Perform technical health checks of automation programs
  • Collaborate with UiPath Product Support and subject matter experts
  • Provide technical advisory through webinars, demos, and speaking engagements
  • Develop and improve team processes and methodologies

Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
  • Previous experience with UiPath or other intelligent automation products
  • Experience in technical support or consulting
  • Knowledge of Linux-based systems administration, Windows and Linux server infrastructure, IT, network troubleshooting, and security
  • Solid background in programming (e.g., .NET, C#, C++, VB, Java, Python, PowerShell)
  • Experience with SaaS and Cloud technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Hands-on experience in digital technologies
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure
