Salesforce Pardot Specialist in Boston, MA

Greetings!

Role: Salesforce Pardot Specialist

Location: Boston onsite, can be remote if the candidate has a certification in Pardot.

MUST HAVE: Pardot Experience

MCAE SME with Salesforce

Responsibilities

Re-create and optimize Pardot email templates with dynamic content and personalization

Re-build audience segmentation using Pardot lists, automation rules, and Salesforce data

Design and implement a custom UTM capture solution leveraging APIs and Salesforce APEX triggers

Configure External Actions to drive real-time sales alerts and integrations with Sales Cloud

Implement email subject line, sender, and “from name” personalization

Ensure solutions align with marketing attribution, data integrity, and Salesforce best practices

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)

Salesforce development experience, including APEX and REST APIs

Experience integrating marketing automation with Salesforce Sales Cloud

Knowledge of UTM tracking, marketing attribution, and campaign analytics

Ability to work independently and deliver quickly in a short-term engagement

Nice to Have

Salesforce certifications (Pardot Specialist, Salesforce Developer)

Experience working in marketing-to-sales handoff workflows
