Job Summary

We are looking for an Adobe Workfront Product Coordinator / Analyst to support product initiatives, workflow optimization, and platform administration. The role involves working closely with Product Managers to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage Adobe Workfront (workflows, templates, access)
  • Design and optimize end-to-end workflows
  • Partner with Product teams to translate requirements into solutions
  • Support UAT and L2 production support
  • Create documentation, dashboards, and reports
  • Manage vendors and coordinate with internal teams
  • Ensure governance, data consistency, and platform performance
Required Skills
  • Strong experience with Adobe Workfront (mandatory)
  • Workflow design, configuration, and optimization
  • Experience with UAT and application support (L2)
  • Exposure to AI/automation in workflows
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
Nice to Have
  • Adobe Workfront Fusion
  • Jira / Azure DevOps
  • Product Management exposure
  • Sports / Gaming / Media domain
