Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our development team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise application development. This role requires someone who can work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
Develop scalable and reliable RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established development standards.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications.
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other developers.
Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to other team members.
Identify and resolve application performance, scalability, and production issues.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
Prepare technical documentation as required.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17+.
Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring MVC.
Extensive experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Experience with SQL and database development.
Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.
Experience with Agile
