We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Product Management capabilities to operate as a Proxy Product Manager supporting healthcare technology initiatives.
This role will work closely with product managers, engineering teams, healthcare stakeholders, and operations teams to translate complex healthcare workflows and business needs into clear product requirements and scalable solutions across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Act as a Proxy Product Manager, representing product priorities and requirements with engineering teams.
- Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements for healthcare technology initiatives.
- Translate healthcare workflows into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
- Support the end-to-end SDLC, including discovery, backlog management, sprint planning, testing, and releases.
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs aligned with product strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and healthcare operations teams.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirement workshops, and Agile ceremonies.
- Support UAT, product validation, and release readiness.
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Product Management.
- Strong experience in the Healthcare industry (digital health, pharmacy, payer, provider, or healthcare IT).
- Experience working across the full SDLC in Agile environments.
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, user stories, and backlog management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
Preferred
- Experience with pharmacy platforms, medication management, or digital health solutions.
- Exposure to healthcare regulations, interoperability, or clinical workflows.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CSPO, or PMI-PBA are a plus.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
