Job Title: SAP FICO Lead Consultant

Location: Onsite, Wisconsin

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant to lead financial process implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules and proven experience leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, rollout, and support projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure and support SAP FI modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and New GL.
Configure and support SAP CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
Manage integration between FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
Lead financial closing activities, reporting, and compliance processes.
Coordinate with technical teams for RICEFW developments and enhancements.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior consultants.
Support testing cycles (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and ensure defect resolution.
Work closely with business stakeholders and provide strategic financial system recommendations.

Required Skills:

10+ years of SAP FICO experience
Strong expertise in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting)
Strong expertise in CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing)
Experience leading full lifecycle implementations
Strong integration knowledge with MM, SD, and PP
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
