Description

We are looking for an ERP Integration Manager to join a team supporting a broad range of digital transformation, customer experience, data, and AI programs. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a technically strong specialist who enjoys solving complex integration challenges, improving platform connectivity, and building scalable solutions across enterprise systems. The person in this role will work closely with cross-functional partners to assess current environments, shape future-state integrations, and strengthen the reliability and documentation of critical business applications.

Responsibilities:
Drive technical assessments of existing applications and platforms to uncover integration gaps, risks, and opportunities for modernization.
Architect, build, and maintain integrations across enterprise systems, customer-facing tools, and internal business platforms using API-led approaches.
Analyze current and future system interactions, then translate findings into clear architecture artifacts, workflow maps, and technical documentation.
Develop and refine integration and data movement solutions that support secure, stable, and efficient exchange of information between platforms.
Partner with developers, analysts, stakeholders, and technology leaders to define solution approaches, delivery plans, and implementation priorities.
Perform testing, issue investigation, troubleshooting, and production support to ensure dependable integration performance in live environments.
Contribute to code reviews and reinforce sound engineering practices related to quality, maintainability, and supportability.
Support automation and AI-related initiatives by connecting emerging technologies with core systems and business workflows.
Participate in Agile team activities such as sprint planning, daily collaboration sessions, retrospectives, and delivery reviews.
Estimate level of effort, identify technical dependencies, and evaluate implementation strategies for upcoming projects and enhancements.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, platform integration, solutions architecture, or a related technical discipline.
Proven background in designing, building, and consuming APIs within enterprise or cloud-based environments.
Hands-on experience integrating business applications with cloud platforms and internal systems.
Strong technical knowledge of system architecture, integration patterns, data flows, and secure data exchange practices.
Proficiency with SQL and experience working with tools or platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, API gateways, and API testing solutions.
Ability to produce clear technical documentation and explain complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with code reviews, unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
Strong analytical thinking, independent problem-solving ability, and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
