Integrations Architect CC-IJIS Modernization

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Modernization

• Serve as the lead architect for CC-IJIS modernization initiatives

• Design a secure Azure Government Cloud environment to replace BizTalk integrations

• Migrate data exchange workflows from BizTalk to Azure

• Ensure full replication of existing CC-IJIS functionality

• Develop monitoring tools for integration workflows

• Train County staff to support the implemented solution

Integration & Development

• Design and develop integration workflows aligned with project requirements

• Redesign secure-access web applications with enhanced functionality

• Work with partner agencies to design new data exchange processes

• Evaluate and recommend alternative workflow solutions

• Analyze and resolve technical issues

Documentation & Collaboration

• Gather and document current architecture and application requirements

• Produce technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle

• Plan and develop test data for validation with each release

• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly project meetings

• Provide weekly progress reports and bi-weekly status updates

Project Delivery

• Deliver assigned milestones on schedule (Target: July 1, 2027)

• Communicate risks and roadblocks within 24 hours of identification

• Contribute to project efficiency and effectiveness

Milestone Deliverables

• Architecture design/redesign of secure web applications

• Migration plan and execution from BizTalk to Azure

• Integration workflow designs with partner agencies

• Technical documentation and test data creation

• Monitoring solutions for data exchange

• Knowledge transfer and training for County staff

Minimum Qualifications (MANDATORY)

Candidates must meet ALL requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of development experience with CC-IJIS criminal justice integrations

• Minimum 8 years of experience in EACH of the following:

  • IJIS Data Integration Development

  • Court/Law Enforcement Application or Database Support

  • MS SQL (MySQL / PL-SQL / Stored Procedures)

• IT Project Management experience in a criminal justice environment

• Ability to pass stringent criminal fingerprint and national CJIS background checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating with:

  • Tyler Odyssey CMS

  • Equivant CourtView CMS

• Experience with GJXDM data exchange standards

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
