For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $22.50 - $27.00 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and recognition programs.

What will you do?Every week, you will be jumping into solving real engineering challenges, including:
- Decoding real-world diagnostic data - Working closely with software and customer support engineers to explore log and telemetry data from industrial sites that operate 24/7 - in diverse industries such as energy, chemical, and critical infrastructure.
- Apply AI to real product issues - Use modern AI tools and frameworks to detect patterns, classify issues, and help teams pinpoint root causes faster. This work could lead to increased reliability of these critical infrastructure systems running globally.
- Build internal tools that can transform the way the software development teams work - Prototype AI-enabled utilities that automate troubleshooting, correlate disparate data sources, and speed up the engineering feedback loop.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline

- Strong communication skills, collaboration skills, and an eagerness to learn
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
