Note: We are seeking a Senior Manager – Master Data Management (MDM) & SAP Data Conversion with strong experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, enterprise data management, and large-scale SAP data migration initiatives. The candidate should have hands-on expertise with MDM tools such as Syniti, SAP MDM, or Informatica, along with experience managing Customer, Vendor, and Material master data, ETL processes, data cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, cutover, and production data loads.
Job Description:
The Senior Manager of Master Data Management (MDM) & SAP Data Conversion is responsible for driving and delivering enterprise data management and migration work across the organization. This role manages the hands-on execution of master data processes, oversees day-to-day data quality and integrity activities, and leads the full SAP data conversion lifecycle for large transformation programs. The position requires deep, practical experience with SAP data objects, strong coordination with business and technical teams, and the ability to guide cross-functional groups through complex, multi-phase deployments with a focus on accurate, timely, and reliable delivery.
Required Skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid).
- Familiarity with MDM platforms (Syniti, SAP MDM, Informatica).
- Experience in Consumer Packages Goods (CPG Industry).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern data architecture concepts. Success Factors
