Work Location:Onsite at 100 N.E. Columbia Blvd., Portland, OR 97211
Work Hours: Shift: 7:15 AM to 3:15 PM, M-F, and weekends on demand
Description:Manage and coordinate transactional data to support manufacturing operations and ensure data integrityWork closely with production, supply chain, and finance teams to track and report on key operational metricsUtilize ERP systems (SAP preferred) for data entry, analysis, and process optimizationSupport manufacturing controllers and SAP analysts in maintaining accurate records and documentationEnsure compliance with safety standards, including the use of safety shoes and PPEWork Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM to 3:15 PM, with weekend availability as needed
Requirements:2+ years of education in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience2+ years of experience in manufacturing, ideally as an SAP analyst, transactional data coordinator, or manufacturing controller in a food manufacturing environmentExperience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage large data setsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
