Senior Manager – Enterprise Data Architecture

Role: Senior Manager – Enterprise Data Architecture
Experience: 15+ years preferred

Preferred: Full-time Consultant

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in Enterprise Data Architecture and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Strong knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK data management principles and Data Governance.
• Experience designing and implementing MDM processes and Systems of Record (SoR).
• Hands-on experience with Survivorship Rules, Match/Merge, Identity Resolution, and Data Quality.
• Strong experience with Conformed Dimensions and Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD Type 2).
• Experience building enterprise data domains and high-quality, AI-ready data assets.
• Experience managing large-scale master data across multiple source systems.
• Ability to handle Customer/Member, Agent, Product/Vehicle master data and complex relationships.
• Experience working with near real-time data changes and maintaining historical data.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, data management policies, governance, and standards.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience leading/managing Data Architects and partnering closely with Engineering and business stakeholders.

Preferred Domain Experience:
Insurance, P&C, Claims, Automotive/Vehicle, Marketplace, Membership, or similar large-scale data environments.
