We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a growing engineering organization focused on developing next-generation applications, data solutions, integrations, and automation platforms.

What You'll Do- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications and services.
- Build scalable APIs, integrations, and automation solutions.
- Develop full stack applications with a primary focus on backend engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Analyze complex business and technical requirements and translate them into working solutions.
- Contribute to cloud architecture, software design, and engineering best practices.
- Work independently to deliver high-quality solutions from concept through implementation.
- Help drive innovation through experimentation with emerging technologies and AI-enabled development tools.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, and architecture/design.
- 2+ years of cloud and automation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, preferably in serverless environments.
- Strong Python development experience.
- Experience with React development.
- Experience building and consuming APIs and integrating distributed systems.
- Experience developing cloud-based applications, data integrations, and automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience working within Agile software development teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Life insurance or annuity industry experience.
- Experience with C# development.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Claude, or AWS Bedrock.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers.
