Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Cloud Migration Architect / Pod Lead to lead enterprise application migrations from on-premises environments to AWS Outposts. The candidate will provide technical leadership, define migration strategies, modernize applications, and drive end-to-end cloud transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead migration of enterprise applications from on-prem to AWS Outposts.
- Design target-state cloud and hybrid architectures.
- Drive application modernization and cloud readiness initiatives.
- Oversee migration execution, automation, and deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and development teams.
Candidate Requirements
- 12+ years of IT experience.
- Strong hands-on AWS architecture and migration experience.
- Experience leading large-scale cloud transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
