Java Developer/Technical Lead (Exp-10+Years) with React exp-Full time-Remote

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Java & React with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise Java application development, microservices, React.js, cloud technologies, and technical leadership.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting scalable enterprise applications. This role requires a strong combination of Java backend development, React frontend development, cloud deployment, system integration, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-level web applications using Java and J2EE technologies.
• Develop scalable backend applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Design and implement Microservices-based architectures.
• Develop and maintain modern frontend applications using React.js.
• Build reusable and scalable UI components using React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Design and develop integrations between multiple backend and enterprise systems.
• Develop and consume RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Work closely with clients, architects, business teams, and frontend/backend developers to define technical solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations.
• Prepare High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and technical documentation.
• Perform technical impact analysis and provide effort estimation and sizing recommendations.
• Ensure applications meet requirements related to performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot application connectivity, deployment, and production issues.
• Support application deployment in cloud and enterprise environments.
• Participate in code reviews and establish development standards and best practices.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to development team members.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore development teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical discussions.

Java & Backend Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17+.
