Job Description

Seeking an experienced Business Transformation Lead/Manager with a strong financial background and ERP knowledge to drive process improvement and operational efficiency while bridging business and IT teams and translating business requirements into functional solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in business transformation, finance operations and business process improvement.
  • Strong functional knowledge of at least one finance process/module: R2R, P2P, AR, GL, or AP.
  • Experience in As-Is / To-Be process mapping, gap analysis, and process optimization.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and coordinate between business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and business process analysis skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial workflows and business processes, with experience working on any ERP system preferred.
  • Exposure to business readiness, go-live, hypercare, and transition to BAU is an advantage.
