We are on the lookout for a dynamic and talented Industrial CAD Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our construction projects, creating detailed 2D and 3D models using cutting-edge CAD software. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about using their technical skills to bring architectural visions to life.

Responsibilities:

As an Industrial CAD Designer, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

1. Utilizing CAD software to create detailed 2D and 3D models of construction projects.
2. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to understand project requirements and translate them into CAD designs.
3. Reviewing and modifying CAD drawings and specifications to ensure they meet project standards and requirements.
4. Providing technical advice and solutions to complex design problems.
5. Participating in project meetings and providing updates on the progress of CAD designs.
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, software updates, and new technologies in CAD design.
7. Assisting in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, specifications, and reports.
8. Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Industrial CAD Designer position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in CAD design, preferably within the construction industry.
2. A CAD certificate or equivalent qualification.
3. Proficiency in Autodesk and other CAD software.
4. Strong geometric aptitude and the ability to visualize complex shapes and structures.
5. Experience in architectural drafting, with a solid understanding of architectural terminology and standards.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to find innovative solutions to design challenges.
8. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
9. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
10. Knowledge of construction methods and materials, as well as industry regulations and standards.
