Summary

Position: Senior AI Engineer- Only W2
Location: Santa Monica, CA/ Boston, MA/ NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)

Experience: 7+ years in Software Engineering with hands-on GenAI/Agentic AI experience

Requirements

Strong software engineering background with C#/.NET and Python
Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure AI services
Experience building production-grade AI applications and AI agents
Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
Strong understanding of RAG (chunking, indexing, embeddings, retrieval tuning)
Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise systems using REST APIs and third-party platforms
Full-stack development experience with TypeScript and React
Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, monitoring, and production deployments
Knowledge of enterprise security, RBAC, authentication, and secure handling of confidential data

Preferred Experience

AI solutions for legal document automation, contract review, legal research, document management, or attorney workflows
Experience integrating with iManage, SharePoint, or other enterprise document management systems
AI evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, guardrails, and hallucination reduction
Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, and Azure cloud architecture
