OT Strategy Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an OT Strategy Leader in Parsippany, NJ.

Responsibilities:
* A Strategic Operational Technology (OT) Leader responsible for driving digital transformation and operational excellence across manufacturing environments
* Serves as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, defining and executing modernization strategies for control systems, automation technologies, and the broader OT ecosystem
* Partners closely with engineering, maintenance, and IT teams to align OT initiatives with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture standards
* Evaluates current-state capabilities, identifies improvement opportunities, and develops data-driven roadmaps and business cases to achieve a best-in-class operational future state

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline with 10+ years of Operational Technology experience in manufacturing and process-driven environments
* Deep expertise in industrial automation technologies, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and other plant control systems
* Proven track record developing OT strategies, technology roadmaps, and leading modernization initiatives that improve operational performance and reliability
* Strong cross-functional leader with experience partnering across engineering, operations, IT, and cybersecurity teams, leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
