Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a
Project Manager for a
contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Jose, CA.
Provide assistance and project management support for Sr. Director of WW Go to Market and her staff. Help organize projects, manage information flow and track commitments. Key attributes include a strong willingness to help and support, and ability to cope in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. Key responsibilities include diverse management tasks and coordinating special projects as outlined. Project Manage our VIP Marketplace program.
Responsibilities: - Project Manage our VIP Marketplace program.
- Project managing and tracking
- a). platform capability launches and
- b). launched capabilities with Resellers globally who are launching these capabilities.
- Work with the cloud services group to track capability launches.
- Work with a global reseller team responsible for reseller execution.
- Attend cross functional team meetings to capture key milestones.
- Report on and present progress on both workstreams.
- Prepare executive summaries on project status.
Required Skills: - Project management skills to track global operations and report on progress.
- Strong leadership working with large cross functional teams to facilitate meetings.
- Ability to develop executive communications and summaries.
- Reporting on results and progress.
- Good work ethic and flexibles schedule needed for meetings in other geos outside of NA including EMEA, Japan, and APAC.
- Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under critical deadlines and manage work load with little direction.
- Education: .Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years project management experience in the industry.
