Role Description
As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for driving net new revenue across all business units, managing the sales organization, and ensuring we consistently exceeds growth targets. This role requires a strategic sales leader who can build and scale our go-to-market motion, develop and coach a high-performing sales team, and collaborate across departments to align on value delivery to target customers. The VP of Sales will own pipeline development, deal strategy, forecasting, team development, and revenue execution.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President of Sales. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for lead generation, account management, sales, partnerships, strategic planning, and sales operations. The role is based in Lehi, UT.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a cohesive sales & partnership strategy that aligns with mission and market opportunities.
Implement effective sales playbooks and processes that drive insights into every part of the sales funnel
Lead the sales team to meet strategic goals, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
Establish and nurture key partnerships and relationships that enhance our market presence and revenue streams.
Oversee the integration of robust sales systems and processes to ensure operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with other senior leaders to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Regularly analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adapt and plan for sustained growth.
Key Competencies:
Strategic Leadership: Ability to envision future market trends, shape go-to-market strategies, and lead cross-functional teams toward ambitious revenue goals.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Deep understanding of how to create and use data in the sales process to drive insights, learning, and optimization of the sales process. Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and analytics/BI tools.
Talent Development: Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of pipeline metrics, forecasting models, and scalable sales operations.
Strong Communication: Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
Results Orientation: Proven track record of implementing sales quotas, driving high-impact individual and team contributions.
Domain Knowledge: Experienced with BPO, outsourcing, or staffing services. Experience with application development, IT consulting, Big Data, AI or digital services for new client accounts is a plus.
