Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Onsite

Location: Westlake, TX Onsite Role

Mode of Hire: Contract

Must have skills: 3-5 years of experience HRSD experience

Customer application development Integrations with respect to service now with 3rd party tools Nice to have skills: Flow designers Knowledge on the service portal Systems analyst (they split projects so having that is nice to have) cover a wide array of responsibilities Interview: 1 round panel for 1 hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary Responsibilities Development (80%)
• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, and other platform tools.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow forms, workflows, client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
• Participate in Agile development cycles including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Ensure code and solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, including upgrade and scalability considerations.
• Collaborate with QA for testing and deployment in lower environments before production rollout.
• Secondary Responsibilities Systems Analysis (20%)
• Work with business stakeholders to capture and document functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes to recommend improvements or automation using ServiceNow.
• Translate business requirements into actionable stories and technical specifications.
• Assist in user training, documentation, and support for deployed features and improvements.
• Support release planning and coordination across teams as needed.
