Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and validation procedures for data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Validate data quality, analyze test results, and identify defects or data anomalies using SQL and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Support Agile development processes by participating in testing, defect resolution, regression testing, and release validation.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, data validation, SQL testing, and enterprise analytics testing.

Technical Skills
|
QA Testing, SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Data Validation, Test Case Design, Defect Management, Regression Testing
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Software Quality Assurance, SAFe Agile, Requirements Validation, Data Quality Assurance, Stakeholder Collaboration, Problem Solving

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing enterprise data pipelines, business intelligence, and analytics solutions.
- Experience with Workers' Compensation or similar insurance/public sector domains is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills in Agile environments.
