Summary
Power Platform Lead
Introduction:
The Power Platform Lead will be responsible for leading the end-to-end solution design, development, deployment, and production support using Microsoft Power Platform. They will work closely with business stakeholders, mentor Power Platform developers, and ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end solution design, development, deployment, and production support using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
- Strong experience in Power Platform ALM, CI/CD, Azure DevOps/GitHub, security, governance, and DLP.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, REST APIs, and SQL.
- Lead and mentor Power Platform developers and work closely with business stakeholders.
- Experience with AI/Copilot capabilities and agent-based solutions is preferred.
- Strong communication, technical leadership, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
- Strong experience in Power Platform ALM, CI/CD, Azure DevOps/GitHub, security, governance, and DLP.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, REST APIs, and SQL.
- Strong knowledge of Power Fx, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Platform CLI, and APIs.
- Strong communication, technical leadership, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Experience with AI/Copilot capabilities and agent-based solutions.
