Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AEM Component Developer to design, develop, and maintain AEM components in alignment with refreshed brand standards. The ideal candidate will ensure all components meet WCAG 2.1+ AA accessibility compliance, collaborate closely with design and UX teams to create responsive, pixel-perfect UI, and optimize performance within AEM’s architecture. You will also support integration and deployment processes across various environments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain AEM components in line with updated brand standards.
· Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1+ AA accessibility guidelines.
· Collaborate with design and UX teams to deliver responsive, pixel-perfect UI.
· Optimize components for performance and scalability.
· Support integration and deployment across environments.
Required Skills:
· Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5.
· Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and accessibility best practices.
· Experience with Experience Fragments, Content Fragments, and AEM workflows.
· Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+ AA).
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.
· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git).
