We are currently seeking a contract Senior Appian Certified Developer to be a key resource on a technical services team for our client, the Texas Department of Information (DIR).

Full Time: 8:00AM-5:00PM CST

Responsibilities
We are looking for an Appian Certified Developer with to design and deploy business applications using Appian’s low-code platform. Responsibilities include developing SAIL interfaces, integrating APIs, and collaborating with teams to ensure efficient delivery. Candidates should have a strong technical foundation, Agile experience, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Appian Developer Certification is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build Appian applications using SAIL and Process Models
- Develop integrations with external systems via APIs
- Optimize UI performance and responsiveness
- Write unit and integration tests
- Collaborate with analysts and QA teams for validation
Requirements:
- Appian or low-code platform development experience
- Appian Level 2 Developer Certification
- Agile methodology experience
- Strong design, development, and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, computer science, or related technical field
- Equivalent work experience may be substituted (high school diploma required)
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
8 years of:
- Agile methodology experience
- Strong design, development, and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
3 years of:
- Appian Level 2 Senior Developer Certification
Preferred:
3 years of:
- 3 or more years of hands-on Appian or low-code platform development experience
2 years of:
- GAMS (Government Acquisition Management Suite)
