This position will be based in Denton, TX.

You would be required to travel up to 10% of your time.

We have 2 possible Start Dates for the Future Talent Program: February 8, 2027 or July 19, 2027.

What you will do

As a Future Talent - Services Sales Engineer, you will:

  • Participate in analysis and follow up of sales opportunities and promote services based on customer information, conducting proposals and negotiation and closing deals, together with Services Key Account Managers and Services Account Managers
  • Participate in customer relationships from an operational perspective and transactional sales through structured communication
  • Interact with customers daily - handle transactions, set up services, assist in ordering parts and facilitate invoicing and follow-up receivables
  • Participate in analysis of and follow-up on customer satisfaction results together with Services functions
  • Participate in managing technical sales including all commercial activities and technical support related to plant components, spare parts, upgrades
  • Lead communication and planning with customers for service and maintenance events, for implementation of permanent solutions issues raised by customers as well as for timely installation of mandatory re-building kits
  • Participate in preparation of service contract- its calculation, planning & execution and confirm resources for delivery of services and service delivery control.

We believe you have

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or related engineering fields
  • Finished or will finish your studies between May 2026 and June 2027
  • Strong customer orientation, great interpersonal skills and empathy
  • A very analytical, data driven mindset
  • Overall good computer skills
  • An outgoing personality and collaborative work style
