Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote in Rockville, MD

The organization seeks an AI Product Manager to lead the evolution of enterprise search and 360-information discovery products. The role will define vision, roadmap, and outcomes that apply AI to improve navigation and interaction with large regulatory data ecosystems. The manager will prioritize backlogs, guide delivery across product lifecycles, and drive faster, informed regulatory decisions for users and stakeholders.

Rate: $65.00 to $70.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise search and person and organization 360 products.
Define product outcomes and lead AI-enabled product evolution and feature definition.
Manage and prioritize product backlogs across information discovery products.
Plan and manage products and features through the product development lifecycle.
Make product decisions based on user and stakeholder needs and expectations.
Apply AI and related technologies to improve navigation and interaction with large data ecosystems.

Experience Requirements:

Proven experience as a product manager leading enterprise search or information discovery products.
Demonstrated success defining strategy, roadmaps, and measurable product outcomes.
Hands-on experience prioritizing and managing product backlogs across multiple workstreams.
Track record delivering AI-enabled features and products in data-rich environments.
Ability to translate user and stakeholder needs into actionable product decisions.
Experience guiding products through full development lifecycles from concept to release.
