Summary

Title: IAM Engineer Work Type: Remote Contract Length: contract to hire

Role Summary
Primary Role: Security Engineer / IAM Engineer
Focus Areas:

Identity & Access Management (IAM)
API development & integrations
Saviynt (primary), SailPoint (nice to have)
Oracle-focused environments
Long-Term Direction:
Global IAM & PAM standardization
Transitioning IAM integrations away from Saviynt ownership elsewhere
Support a large-scale global PAM implementation

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Continuing and enhancing Saviynt IAM integrations
Building and maintaining API integrations with enterprise applications
Supporting provisioning and identity lifecycle (Joiner/Mover/Leaver)
Integrating with large, high-cost, high-usage apps (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
Taking ownership of legacy onboarding tools
Troubleshooting broken integrations and driving fixes to completion
Supporting IAM operations while evolving toward more standardized solutions
Helping build metrics and operational visibility
Operating in a fast-paced, sometimes "chaotic environment
Supporting global expansion (Canada, Mexico; further global rollout planned)

Required Experience

Experience Level: 1 2 years of engineering experience

Background:

Engineering-first mindset (development > pure ops)
Comfortable owning work end-to-end with guidance

Core Skills:

API development & integration
Java, JavaScript, PowerShell
Understanding IAM concepts and access management flows
Must Have:
Hands-on IAM exposure (Saviynt or SailPoint strongly preferred)
Nice to Have:
Integrations with large enterprise apps
Oracle, SAP, Hybris experience
PAM exposure (Delinea a plus POC in progress)

Technology Environment

IAM: Saviynt, SailPoint (preferred)
Enterprise Apps: Oracle, SAP, Hybris
PAM: Delinea (POC / nice to have)
Focus: Identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, API-driven integration.

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $44.00-$50.00 per hour.
