Position: - Software Engineer II
Position Type: - Contract (9 Months+)
Remote
Working Hours: 20 hrs./week
Pay Rate: $50-55 an hour on W2
Required Skills:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with LLM inference frameworks, such as vLLM, Transformers, or Nemotron
- Demonstrated experience with Kubernetes, including effective utilization of available infrastructure and coordination of containerized workloads
- Experience developing resilient distributed systems, with emphasis on graceful failure handling and recovery mechanisms
- Experience with major cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Google Cloud Platform
- Proficiency with Git version control, including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and merging workflows
- Experience writing comprehensive unit tests
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with PyTorch
- Experience in API architecture and design
