Our client is seeking
Communications Technicians (Tech I & Tech II) to support commercial construction projects involving structured cabling and communications infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level to intermediate technicians with experience pulling pigtails and working in construction environments.
Shifts Available:- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Candidates should be flexible as shift assignments may vary based on project needs.
Project / Company DescriptionThe Communications Technician will support commercial construction projects by assisting with the installation and maintenance of communications cabling systems. This role involves pulling pigtails, material handling, inventory support, and ensuring all project work is completed according to company quality and safety standards.
Tools and equipment will be provided.

Performance & Ability- Perform pigtail pulling and support communications cabling installations.
- Complete all company-required documentation accurately and on time, including timesheets, work orders, material transfers, and change orders.
- Adhere to company, customer, and industry safety standards.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling activities.
- Complete additional project-related duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements- Ability to work at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and move up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to distinguish colors, read small print, and recognize audible signals.
- Ability to travel within the local territory when required.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
