Engineering Systems Producer

REMOTE (Must Work PST Hours)

Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 Hourly

Job Description

Looking for a producer for the Engineering Systems team to help with execution and Facilitates sprint ceremonies, manages sprint planning and tracks team velocity and capacity.

Owns feature delivery schedule and work item assignment

Identifies and escalates risks, dependencies and blockers and maintains ADO documentation

Responsibilities

Creating and maintaining sprint and milestone dashboards, calendars, trackers, and transition checklists

Creating user story stubs, tasks, and bugs with leads and PMs; scrubbing the backlog and clearing stale work

Meetings and Follow-up

Creating meeting invites and preparing agendas, pre-reads, and status questions

Running stand-ups, planning, triage, office hours, and retrospectives, either live or asynchronously

Updating work items with decisions, owners, status, and next steps

Maintaining action logs, reminders, and workflows; following up on blocked or at-risk work

Release and Cross-Team Coordination

Representing features or workstreams in release forums with leads and PMs

Reviewing release queries, clearing stale work, updating fields, and confirming next actions

Consolidating changelog review posts, tracking feedback and open items, and confirming follow-up with feature owners

Partnering with QA to coordinate validation/test plans, reproductions, regression tracking, and release dependencies

Tracking critical-path work, validation dependencies, readiness signals, release risks, and unresolved bugs

Coordinating dependencies, partner commitments, and technical initiatives across teams; escalating decisions when needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, product development or as a producer

Deep familiarity with tools like ADO, Jira or Confluence to tasks, plan sprints, and document pipelines.

Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum frameworks to manage team velocity and milestone delivery.

Ability to bridge gaps between creative artists, programmers, and executive stakeholders.

Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment

Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.

Producer/TPM experience in a gaming studio

4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Capacity to motivate cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts under tight deadlines.
