We're looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist who is passionate about Lean Manufacturing Principles, thrives on solving complex problems, and wants to make a visible impact on safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people development.

Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Additional hours may be required as business needs demand.


In this exciting role, you will:

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the shop floor and support teams
  • Analyze production methods using Lean principles and industry benchmarks
  • Lead root cause analysis using structured problem-solving (8-Step Method)
  • Facilitate Kaizen events and rapid improvement workshops
  • Identify waste and implement sustainable process improvements
  • Partner cross-functionally (Fabrication, IT, Operations, etc.) to drive solutions
  • Develop visual management tools to improve shop floor transparency
  • Create and refine SOPs and job instructions
  • Serve as a process expert, providing training and guidance to team members
  • Support multiple improvement initiatives while meeting deadlines

This role is hands-on and highly collaborative - ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor and working directly with teams to drive measurable results.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of process/quality improvement experience in manufacturing
  • Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical capability
  • Experience leading improvement events or projects
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Physical capability to work in a manufacturing environment
