 Job Description: Technical Project Manager 
Location: North Brunswick NJ (Hybrid 3 days onsite) 
Duration: Long term 
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Project for one of our exclusive client. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical grounding in .NET-based development/integration environments, combined with proven project management skills, to drive cross-functional teams toward successful, on-time delivery.
 Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Documentation
  Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), and status reports
  Ensure documentation remains current, accurate, and accessible to all stakeholders
Meetings & Communication
  Lead daily stand-ups and stakeholder status meetings
  Provide clear, concise updates to leadership and client stakeholders on project health and progress
Risk & Milestone Management
  Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery against the project schedule
  Proactively manage risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as needed
  Escalate blockers promptly to relevant stakeholders to avoid delivery delays
Cross-Functional Coordination
  Coordinate across cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, design, and business units
  Ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives throughout the project lifecycle
 Required Skills & Qualifications
  Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, ideally within government or public-sector engagements (DOE experience a plus)
  Strong technical background in .NET integration or development, sufficient to engage credibly with engineering teams on technical decisions and trade-offs
  Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining project artifacts: project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting
  Excellent meeting facilitation skills   comfortable leading stand-ups and stakeholder-facing status meetings
  Strong risk and issue management skills, with the ability to identify, track, and proactively escalate blockers
  Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, business stakeholders)
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
