We are looking for Business Analyst (PM/BA) for our client in Rahway, NJ

Job Title: Business Analyst (PM/BA)

Job Location: Rahway, NJ

Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr

Experience with scientific software in the pharmaceutical sector, Drug Discovery and Development systems, expertise in scientific informatics, SDLC, and FAIR data practices.
Proven track record in project management, strategic IT planning, and operational efficiency, with strong experience bridging R&D and IT through customer-facing initiatives.
Experienced delivering impactful technology solutions, working closely with technical SMEs to integrate unstructured data into the existing application landscape.
Business continuity for Discovery Research, Data Science, and Chem/Bioinformatics/Genomics teams while supporting scalable, repeatable IT practices to support Applications migration activities.
Experience in requirements management, business analysis, and product analytics within a technical or scientific environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret technical data and translate into actionable insights.
Proficiency with Agile methodologies, backlog tools, and data analysis platforms (SQL, BI dashboards).
Recommend optimizations for automation, scalability, and workflow efficiency.
