Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with strong Tanium experience to support and enhance the organization's Digital Employee Experience (DEX) initiatives. This role will leverage Tanium as the primary platform for endpoint visibility, monitoring, automation, and proactive remediation across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in endpoint engineering, automation, scripting, and endpoint analytics to improve employee productivity and reduce incidents through self-healing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and improve endpoint and user experience metrics including application performance, device health, and network connectivity using Tanium.
  • Configure and manage Tanium dashboards, sensors, reporting, automations, and remediation workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint, application, and connectivity issues through real-time monitoring and automated remediation.
  • Develop and implement self-healing solutions using PowerShell and other scripting languages to automate endpoint management and issue resolution.
  • Analyze endpoint telemetry data and provide actionable insights to improve system performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement DEX improvements.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and analytics to communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to technical teams and leadership.
  • Support enterprise endpoint management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Engineering, Systems Engineering, Endpoint Automation, or DEX-focused roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Tanium, including monitoring, remediation, automation, and endpoint management.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting experience.
  • Strong experience with Windows endpoint administration and management.
  • Experience with endpoint telemetry, monitoring, analytics, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of enterprise endpoint technologies and automation best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
