About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Director of Sales to drive ERP and digital transformation revenue across the US market. This role blends the start-up “hunter” mentality with strategic leadership, managing enterprise and multi-million-dollar deals for regulated industries. You’ll build scalable sales processes, cultivate C-suite relationships, and lead initiatives that modernize core systems and drive digital transformation for US clients.

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver US revenue targets for ERP and digital transformation services
Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, pipeline creation, solution selling, and deal closure
Manage complex enterprise deals with CIOs, CFOs, and other senior executives
Act as executive sponsor for strategic US accounts
Partner with ERP OEMs (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) on joint go-to-market strategies
Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and PMO teams to ensure successful execution
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing US-based sales team

Required Experience

15–20 years of IT services or consulting sales experience
Proven success selling Cloud and AI solutions in the US market
Track record of closing enterprise, multi-year deals
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
Experience selling into regulated industries preferred
