What you have

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of related progressive software engineering experience including hands-on coding and architectural design; BS/MS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience modernizing enterprise platforms, including API development, microservices, and cloud-native engineering.
  • Proficiency in .NET Core/.NET 8+, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
  • Experience designing and delivering distributed systems and containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and operational excellence.
  • Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments, including leading SCRUM teams and iterative delivery.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure) and platform migration or modernization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and relational data modeling fundamentals.
  • Understanding of engineering best practices related to security, performance optimization, and platform resilience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • Experience leading engineering teams or large-scale transformation programs.
  • Advanced experience in event-driven architecture, observability platforms, and API-first frameworks.
  • Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills across technical and non-technical groups.
  • Certifications such as Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Data Engineer.
  • Experience fostering innovation, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring engineering talent.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
