Job Title: Workday Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC; Pennington, NJ; PLano, TX
Work Arrangement: 3 day in office with 2 day WFH
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 12 -18 months Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday
About the Role
MUST HAVES
- 7+ years working within Workday Configuration or Integration
- Can go into Workday and change a business system
- Can build from scratch
- 5+ years of Core HCM
- Workday Extend experience
- MUST BE CERTIFIED
- Orchestrate OR Vndly experience
- Build out modules within the application VERY HANDS ON
- Experience demonstrating builds to the business
- Able to explain what they built and why
- Experience working with offshore teams
- Experience with workday implementation and all day-to-day processes
Compensation
Hourly Rate: 70$-75$ per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
