Position Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Lead
Location: Lawrenceville, GA

Position Summary

Seeking a senior Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Lead to support and optimize Oracle Payroll, Benefits, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) modules. The role will act as the primary liaison between business users, Oracle, implementation partners, and technical teams while leading configuration, solution design, testing, release management, and ongoing production support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of ERP implementation and/or administration experience.
• 5-7+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience with Payroll, Benefits, and OTL.
• 5+ years serving as an Oracle HCM Functional Lead.
• Strong Oracle Fusion configuration experience including:
  • Fast Formulas
  • Custom Fields
  • Integrations
• Experience leading full project lifecycle activities:
  • Requirements Gathering
  • Solution Design
  • Testing
  • Deployment
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data model and data dictionary.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) knowledge.
• Oracle Fusion security, workflows, and access controls.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and EPM applications.
• Strong HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor business process knowledge.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and enhance Oracle Fusion Payroll, Benefits, and OTL modules.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas and custom configurations.
• Evaluate Oracle quarterly releases and coordinate business testing.
• Lead end-to-end testing efforts and create test plans/scripts.
• Design and manage security roles and access controls.
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot complex Oracle Fusion issues.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for integrations.
• Create system documentation, process flows, policies, and procedures.
• Mentor and train team members.
• Coordinate with Oracle, vendors, and IT teams for ongoing support and maintenance.
