SAP BW Migration Lead

• Lead the end-to-end migration lifecycle from classical SAP BW (non-HANA) on-premises systems to SAP Business Data Cloud.
• Manage the BDC platform and related components, including SAP Datasphere, SAP BW Bridge, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Lead technical design, data modeling, development, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Design and develop scalable data products, particularly for Finance and Banking use cases.
• Develop analytical datasets using fact and dimension views, graphical views, and SQL views.
• Design and implement data integration strategies using SAP BTP, SAP Datasphere, and Databricks.
• Enable seamless data orchestration and integration across SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and non-SAP source systems.
• Leverage SAP Joule Studio to develop AI-enabled capabilities within SAP solutions.
• Use Python for SAP Datasphere-related development, automation, and data processing.
• Optimize data models, query performance, and data processing workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-performing, scalable data solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, guide development teams, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BW migration, particularly from classical non-HANA on-premises systems to SAP Business Data Cloud.
• Expertise in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) and its associated data platform components.
• Strong understanding of SAP Datasphere architecture, data modeling, and data integration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BW Bridge and connectivity between SAP BW and Datasphere.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and its integration with SAP data platforms.
• Expertise in data modeling using graphical views and SQL views.
• Experience developing analytical datasets, facts, dimensions, and reusable data products.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, Databricks, and integration with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.
• Experience integrating data from SAP and non-SAP source systems.
• Python programming experience for SAP Datasphere.
• Experience with SAP Joule Studio and AI capability development.

• Strong Finance or Banking domain experience.
• Experience developing financial data products and analytical solutions.
• Understanding of financial data structures, reporting requirements, and business processes.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable data architecture and technical solutions.

• Proven experience leading technical teams and migration projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality project delivery.

• SAP BW/4HANA certification or equivalent SAP BW certification.
• Experience with enterprise-scale SAP data platform transformation initiatives.
• Experience integrating traditional SAP data warehouse environments with modern cloud data platforms.
