Position Overview

We are seeking a technically curious and service-oriented Junior Systems & ERP Support Analyst to support core business systems, ERP platforms, and internal technology infrastructure. This role will focus on assisting employees with system access, troubleshooting software and network-related issues, and supporting ERP configuration and data management efforts. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical problems, supporting end users, and developing skills in enterprise systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for internal software, systems, and network-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations
• Assist employees with password resets, login restrictions, and access issues across multiple technology platforms
• Troubleshoot and support user navigation and functionality across ERP systems and other business technology tools
• Deliver end-user support via email, phone, remote sessions, and in-person assistance as needed
• Document technical issues, root causes, and resolutions to build and maintain an internal knowledge base
• Collaborate with IT leadership to identify opportunities to improve system performance, usability, and reliability based on user feedback
• Support ERP system configuration activities, including dashboard customization, report generation, and basic platform setup (NetSuite, SuiteBuilder, or similar ERP platforms)
• Assist with data management initiatives, including data imports, validation, and ongoing data integrity maintenance
• Support data migration projects and system integrations involving Oracle or other relational databases
• Monitor recurring issues and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in IT support, systems support, or technical support (or relevant internship/academic experience)
• Basic understanding of operating systems, user access management, and troubleshooting principles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users
• Experience documenting technical procedures or support cases
• Ability to manage multiple support requests while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle ERP, or similar systems
• Exposure to SuiteBuilder, reporting tools, or dashboard configuration
• Basic experience working with Oracle databases or SQL-based systems
• Familiarity with data migration or system integration projects
• Technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, NetSuite Fundamentals, or similar)
