Job Title: Senior UX Designer
Job Location: Spring, TX
Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
  • Own UX design for complex enterprise product areas from concept through delivery.
  • Design task-driven, workflow-focused user experiences that support efficiency and scalability.
  • Translate requirements and research insights into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Design for complex systems, including roles, permissions, edge cases, and data-rich interfaces.
  • Apply systems thinking to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
  • Create high-quality, accessible, and user-friendly designs with strong attention to detail.
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate design intent.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align on scope and implementation.
  • Contribute to and enhance design systems, components, and UX standards.
  • Support design quality through iterations, reviews, and clear documentation.
  • Partner with UX research teams to incorporate user insights into design decisions.
  • Communicate design rationale and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
  • Participate in design reviews and cross-team collaboration to improve UX quality.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

Experience:

  • 8 to 10+ years of professional experience in UX design and research.
  • Proven experience designing enterprise-level workflows and systems.
  • Experience owning design projects from concept through delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end UX design initiatives.
  • Ensure high-quality and consistent user experience across products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and standards.
  • Support team development through mentorship and feedback.

Should Have:

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and define design solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
  • Experience designing for complex, data-heavy, and role-based systems.
  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Qualification And Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Human Factors, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
