Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead and manage multiple Oracle rollout initiatives across new business locations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering Oracle implementation and rollout projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Oracle rollout projects across multiple locations.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
Drive status reporting, governance meetings, and stakeholder communications.
Ensure successful deployment, user readiness, and transition to support teams.
Track project progress and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of Project Management experience.
Strong experience managing Oracle ERP implementation and rollout projects.
Proven experience leading multi-site or global Oracle deployment programs.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
PMP or similar Project Management certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
Strong understanding of business processes and change management.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent releases and project streams.
Multiple ongoing Oracle releases and location rollouts.
