Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Technology Leadership

• Define what a best-in-class Insurance SaaS solution looks like.
• Architect a multi-tenant, AI-enabled insurance platform supporting multiple insurance carriers and agencies.
• Establish enterprise-wide architecture standards across applications, APIs, integrations, security, and cloud infrastructure.
• Design highly available, secure, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions.
• Enable seamless integration for agencies, insurance carriers, and third-party ecosystems.
• Guide platform extensibility for internal and external developers.
• Drive innovation and adoption of emerging technologies across the enterprise.

Enterprise Strategy & Vision

• Think 3 5 years ahead, aligning architecture with long-term organizational strategy.
• Anticipate business challenges and recommend forward-looking technical solutions.
• Continuously improve systems, products, and delivery models.
• Lead research initiatives, white papers, and industry thought leadership efforts.
• Connect enterprise architecture decisions to measurable business outcomes.

Technical Expertise

• Demonstrated depth and breadth across:
• Enterprise Applications Architecture
• API Management & Integration Patterns
• Multi-tenant SaaS Architecture
• AI/ML enablement within enterprise platforms
• Cloud-native & distributed systems
• Security, compliance, and cost optimization strategies
• Routinely addresses highly complex technical and business challenges with enterprise-wide impact.
• Serves as the domain expert across multiple disciplines.

Leadership & Influence

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
• Build consensus across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor senior technology leaders.
• Influence architectural direction across the organization.
• Represent the organization externally through presentations, conferences, and industry forums.

Communication & Executive Presence

• Present architectural strategies confidently to executive leadership.
• Clearly articulate and defend recommendations with data-driven insights.
• Prepare and deliver board-level presentations when required.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, software engineering, or platform architecture roles.
• Extensive experience in Insurance domain platforms (SaaS preferred).
• Proven experience designing multi-tenant, scalable SaaS systems.
• Experience building AI-enabled enterprise platforms.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Strong expertise in API strategy, integration frameworks, and cloud-native architecture.
• Demonstrated thought leadership within the industry.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive engagement skills.
• Publications, white papers, or conference speaking engagements.
