Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Claims Processing Specialist to support high-volume data operations, including data entry, document review, and claims verification. The ideal candidate will have experience working with healthcare claims documentation and multiple data systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of information.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-volume data entry with strong attention to accuracy and detail
  • Review and validate records and supporting documentation for completeness and correctness
  • Process, review, and verify data using multiple systems and tools
  • Cross-check information against various sources (manual and system-based) to ensure data integrity
  • Work with healthcare claims forms such as CMS-1500 and UB-04 (CMS-1450)
  • Index and organize claims and related documentation for efficient retrieval
  • Apply established policies and procedures during data processing and verification
  • Conduct outreach to providers or stakeholders when additional information or clarification is required
  • Track and ensure completion of assigned tasks within defined timelines

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in data entry, data processing, or administrative support roles
  • Familiarity with healthcare claims processing and related documentation
  • Strong knowledge of forms such as CMS-1500 and UB-04 (CMS-1450)
  • Ability to work with multiple systems (e.g., document management tools, portals, or mainframe systems)
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and verification skills
