Description:
The Quality Assurance Test Lead is responsible for leading testing efforts across project releases, ensuring quality standards are met, risks are identified early, and solutions are delivered successfully. This role coordinates testing activities, manages release readiness, and serves as the primary liaison between Business, Development, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead testing activities across multiple projects, releases, and production support initiatives.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, schedules, and resource estimates.
• Coordinate Functional, Integration, End-to-End, Regression, and UAT testing efforts.
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and drive issue resolution.
• Monitor testing progress, quality risks, and release readiness.
• Provide status reporting, quality metrics, and executive-level updates.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Promote continuous improvement of testing processes and regression coverage.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience leading QA teams and testing efforts for enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and release management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Utility, billing, or Customer Information System (CIS) experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Exposure to automation, API testing, and data validation practices.

Must-Have:

1. Enterprise application testing experience.
2. Strong regression and end-to-end testing experience.
3. Azure DevOps proficiency.

Nice-to-Have:

1. Utility/CIS/Billing experience.
2. API and SQL testing skills.
3. Prior experience supporting large transformation programs.
