Summary

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary UKG Workforce Management functional SME and solution expert.
Lead functional architecture and solution design for new implementations.
Configure UKG Workforce Management based on business and operational requirements.
Analyze business requirements and determine the appropriate UKG configuration and solution.
Provide expert guidance on UKG functionality, capabilities, and limitations.
Understand and advise on UKG integrations and dependencies.
Partner with technical engineers, business analysts, and project stakeholders.
Identify gaps between business requirements and standard UKG functionality.
Recommend solutions, configurations, and implementation approaches.
Support testing, issue resolution, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization.
Provide functional leadership and mentorship to other implementation team members.
Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources.
