Pay Range: $90 - $95/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational data, track performance metrics, and identify bottlenecks.
- Leverage AI tools and LLMs to streamline reporting and improve workflows.
- Build reports using Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operational readiness and smooth handovers.
- Present performance insights and recommendations to operational leadership.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in operations support, data analysis, or technical operations.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to travel 15–30% and support onsite depot operations as needed.
