Senior Full Stack Mobile Developer

Location: SeaTac, Washington (Partial Remote)

Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a Senior Full Stack Mobile Developer to support a new mobile-focused initiative. This role involves enhancing and expanding the mobile experience for both small business and enterprise customers. The ideal candidate is a senior-level engineer who can operate independently, gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and influence product direction. This position requires a strong front-end and mobile development mindset while maintaining full stack engineering capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mobile and web application features supporting the company's Business Products platform.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to define requirements and create user-centered solutions.
  • Enhance mobile experiences for both enterprise power users and self-service business customers.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and recommend scalable technical solutions.
  • Contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment.
  • Work independently with minimal oversight and provide technical leadership on assigned initiatives.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to improve productivity and code quality.
Required Qualifications
  • Senior-level Full Stack Software Development experience.
  • Strong front-end development expertise.
  • Experience with Azure cloud technologies.
  • Experience with SvelteKit or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience developing mobile applications and mobile-responsive web experiences.
  • Understanding of native mobile technologies, including iOS (SwiftUI, UIKit) and Android (Kotlin, Java).
  • Ability to work directly with product and design teams to define solutions and requirements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting customer-facing enterprise applications.
  • Experience designing solutions for both large-scale enterprise users and smaller self-service users.
  • Familiarity with AI development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working within Agile product and engineering organizations.
